Production materials: Adopt strip steel with a maximum width of 1500mm and low carbon content, which is conducive to welding and processing.
Forming process: The cold forming process using multiple rollers can continuously and smoothly squeeze and align the two ends of the strip steel, ensuring uninterrupted forming process and extremely high efficiency.
Tightening method: By utilizing the skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current, the cross-section of the strip is instantly heated to a self melting state and firmly welded under external force.
Submerged arc straight seam welded pipe unit
Production materials: Using the narrowest 1250mm coils, medium plates, and medium thick plates as raw materials, suitable for the production of thick walled pipes.
Forming process: JCOE cold stamping forming technology is adopted to gradually form the sheet metal in increments of about 50mm, with high precision and suitable for high-strength materials.
Tightening method: Welding is carried out using the electric shock generated between the welding wire and the plate, which belongs to filler fastening, with high weld quality and excellent mechanical properties.
